Order Turnaround

Most items will ship in 3-5 business days. Please note that during holidays shipping time may increase.

International Shipping

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 15 days. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, you must return an item unused and in original packaging and condition. To complete your return, please email us at  hello(at)kathryncoledesign.com

Customized and personalized items are not eligible for returns.
